Meeting with Mr. Antony Barragry (Chief Executive Officer of Mid Valley), Mr. Kenny Tan (Customer Service Manager) and Stephanie Tan Promotion Manager of Mid Valley.
We had a fruitful discussion over the recent issue with regards disabled friendly access from KTM Mid Valley station to Mid Valley North Court Entrance. Looking forward to work together with these folks to resolve the issue soonest possible!.
They have agreed to raise the height of the road to be on par with the concourse, to fix railing and signboard with their customer service number, this would be the short term arrangement. For the long run they are looking at the possibility to install lift next to the escalator.
